Eligibility Criteria of the Abertay University Scholarships
To be eligible for Abertay University Scholarships for International Students, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- English is one of the required languages. Typically, applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate that they are proficient in the language at the level that the university requires.
- All nations in the world are eligible.
have enrolled in Abertay University’s inaugural postgraduate program as a full-time student. - Candidates with a postgraduate degree from the UK are ineligible.
- Have been categorized by Abertay University as having international (overseas) fee status.
- Have registered as full-time students in Abertay University’s first postgraduate program.
- Postgraduate degrees earned in the UK exclude candidates.
Neither Abertay alumnae nor presently enrolled postgraduate students are eligible for this award.

How to Apply for the Scholarship?
To win Abertay University Scholarships for International Students, please follow these steps:
- Choose one of the offered master’s or PhD programs here. Apply to the chosen program by (Signing up to create your new account, Selecting a new user, Filling out the required information and uploading the required documents, Submit the application).
- If you meet all the requirements and are granted an Abertay International Scholarship, you will receive an email after your offer of study by July 1.
- If you apply after this date, you will be considered for the second round of scholarship awards by August 24.
